It is of great importance for a successful transfer to include the spouse and family in this decision-making process.
Before a contract is signed by the potential employee, a visit gives him or her and the family the possibility to get in contact with their new environment, and to assess the impact of the transfer.
The needs and expectations of the family are evaluated beforehand by questionnaire, and the visit individually prepared based on it.
